Hi, I have received my PR visa and I had mentioned the landing city as Toronto (general express entry application). I have received a work offer from a Montreal company. Would I be allowed to work in Montreal without the CSQ ? If i do want to apply for it, is there any process for the same? Im getting mixed answers when I tried to search. Some say CSQ not required and I am free to work anywhere in Canada. Some say Quebec has a different set of rules and CSQ would be required.
