I'm filling out my csq application and have some questions. First, my sponsor left Canada when they where young and she doesn't know her social security number.... do I leave the space blank?
And Second, do I fill the section 3 of the Application for selection certificate with my common law partner info and check that she is accompanying me to Quebec, even tho she is already Canadian?
