Can a bearer of CSQ - granted "IMMIGRANT" visa in Family Sponsorship category, land at Toronto airport instead of Montreal (or any other airports of Quebec) ??
A reply; irrespective of YES/NO, will be much appreciated quoting the relevant source of information, please.
I have heard that CSQ holders are required to land some where in Quebec, preferably Montreal.
Its worth mentioning that direct contact with CIC (help line), Service Canada or Service Quebec has not been found much helpful :'(
Though, in the meantime I have also gathered some information, like:-
http://discuss.settlement.org/discuss/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=10602
http://discuss.settlement.org/discuss/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=14385
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/can-a-csq-holder-land-in-toronto-t28934.0.html and the most important of the lot was from
http://www.canadavisa.com/landing-settlement-canada.html which states that:
"General Landing Information
The Principal Applicant must land in Canada before or together with the accompanying spouse and/or dependents, and all of you must land before the date of expiration on your Permanent Resident (Canada Immigration) Visa.
If you have not explicitly applied for immigration to the province of Quebec, you may land at any port of entry to Canada that is not in Quebec. You will risk refusal if you try to land at a port of entry in Quebec without a Quebec Selection Certificate (a document that allows you to immigrate to Quebec, commonly known as a CSQ). If you are immigrating to Quebec and have a CSQ, you may land at any port of entry in Canada. For a list of Canada Border Services Agency offices with immigration services, please see http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/contact/listing/indexpages/indextype38-e.html "
But just wondering if I could have some information from either CBSA, CIC or other relevant institute. If some one come across any relevant link, please do share. In the meantime, I am waiting for a more authentic reply from the relevant CHC or other colleagues opinion.
I have received AOR on 14th Aug 2015 what should i do next, as my wife lives in Quebec and she have to apply for Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). Should we go for it or wait until the next correspondence from CIC.

Recommend that the sponsored person go to the Immigration-Québec office at the airport
Entry procedures will be fairly simple and fast for the sponsored person because he or she has a passport and permanent resident visa. Canadian authorities are responsible for customs inspection and granting permanent resident status. These procedures can be carried out at any Canadian border crossing.
