CSQ french requirement

Hi. i hope everyone is doing good.i am an international student and living in montreal. Now i want to apply for CSQ. i have everything complete quebec diploma ,a valid employement offer. i I have done french language level 4 (total is 6)from adult center Montreal which came under the Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys which is recognized by ministre du quebec. I want to to know if level 4 is equal to B2 level fo the immigration and can i get exemption fromlanguage test?? I will really appreciate any response . thanks
