I'm from India and I applied for CSQ mid this year, and recently I got an update on my application asking for the documents. I noticed that my birth certificate doesn't have my name on it. There are a few asterisks ('***') in the name field. But the rest of the information is completely filled.
What should I do? Do I need to get an affidavit stating that the birth certificate is indeed mine? Or is it enough if I attach a copy of my passport with the birth certificate which has my name, my dob, place of birth and the names of my parents?
