CSQ application

Hi everyone
I'm an international student in montreal studying 900 hr program. I want to know
1. what is the processing time for CSQ under foreign student category (not PEQ)?
2. Can I apply now in MON project?? I'm eligible to apply and created an account(did'nt started profile).
3. Can I apply under two categories i.e. regular program though MON project now and later foreign student category (I'll be eligible in april when I will complete 50% of the studeies.
4. Also I wud like to know about submission of documents in MON project. do v need to send documents by mail or is it online?

I would not recommande you to submitt two applications, it won't help any of those but creat trouble.
