CSQ and Medical Exam request

hello everyone. I am applying for permanent residency under family class. Last December 26, 2018 i received an email about the deadline in completing the said requirements. I waited for my husband cuz he was coming so we completed the medical and sent the application for CSQ via courier on January 2 2019 and was delivered to MIDI on January 7, 2019. My medical results was already submitted but im worrying about the CSQ cuz based on my inquiries it takes 30+days before they grant it. And the email says that we shud complete everything before January 23 2019. What should i do to make it on time? I already sent an email to IRCC but it went to spam messages. Has anyone experienced the same? Thank u

If you had your medical done at a clinic that uses e-medical, then they will upload it directly to CIC.
