I ordered GCMS over 60 days. No response yet.
nowadays GCMS notes are delayed so even with 60 days it is fine. try writing to ATIP for the delay.
I have heard security doesn't start till eligibility is not reviewed. every case is different. CEC are specially delayed for some odd reasons.

ATIP responded that it's due to exceptional circumstances. They have a high case load. They will ensure that I get the information as soon as possible.

Not yet. I got an update and ADR changed from we are reviewing the documents you've provided to NA/not applicable. Also my medicals recently changed back to you have passed your medicals on Jully 22nd 2019. This after it changed from you have passed your medical October 19, 2018 to we are reviewing your medicals.

that is a positive progress.. so it means they do not require any additional docs from you and that is why it was changed to not applicable. and seems like they are in the process of extending your medicals. good luck

Actually My medicals would have expired October 16th 2019.
I am hoping that the medicals passed July 22nd 2019 means that they accepted the efforts I made to secure medicals for unaccompanying minor dependents without success. I sent the duccumentation to them to prove such. It was the submission of that document that changed the ADR from reviewing to NA. That's when my medicals changed from we are reviewing the results of your medical, to medical passed Jully 22nd 2019.
So hopefully PPR shortly.
