CRS scores and PR filing

Hello, my highest CRS score so far is 413 and i have given 5 ielts attempts and every time got 6.5 in writing. Now again preparing for 6th attempt.

Need guidance, whether i should atleast put up my file with this score or not.
Secondly, my DOB is 26/1/1991 so m confused about scores of age..

You can certainly submit your profile now. You'll want to increase your score to 470+ to be selected directly through Express Entry.

Thank you for your revert. Right now i am getting 110 scores for age. So in 2021 january i will get 105 scores. I wasnt clear about this. But if this is the case, to save these 5points. I should submit my profile before this year ends.

Your age isn't “locked in” when you submit an application. It is based on the day of the draw and if you get an ITA before or after your birthday. So any draws after your birthday are based on your age, not when the application was submitted.
