CRS score met, no ITA received

My CRS score is 466. The previous to draw 452 and 455 but I have not received the invitation to apply in any of the draws in spite of meeting the CRS score by a good margin since one month. Has anyone experienced similar issue? what is the solution? on what number can we call the IRCC when we are calling from outside Canada?

Do you have atleast 1 year of full time paid experience in Canada in NOC 0, A or B?

It was a CEC (Canadian Experience Class) only draw. In fact, last 6 draws have been PNP and CEC only.

Anyone who is younger than 28 just go for student visa and don't wait for this draw nonsense..my advice..
