Hi.
My CRS score is 399
And I’m from IT field with NOC code 2173.
I’ve 5 years of experience in IT field.
I’ve completed MBA which was evaluated as diploma from WES.

I’ve applied for express entry in Jan 2019 and still There’s no positive response.

How can I improve my score?

Please help. I don’t have in depth knowledge.

How much minimum score is required to apply for any PNP ?

I’ve taken IELTS thrice.
