Maybe somebody has good analysis or point of view- if it possible that CRS score for Express Entry will decrease on May-June 2018 less than 441 (currently) ?

Tough to say but by observing the draws I personally find it difficult the points would be the same as in 2017, where in may it hit all time-low 413.

Reason being, huge intake of highly qualified applicants who may have heard from successful applicant friends or relatives.

Dont give up tho, try aiming at clb 9 or more, it gives a huge boost.
