Am looking for suggestions , this is for my brother. He is trying to apply PR after completing a PG diploma program (8 months course duration in canada).
He has completed Bachelor degree (outside Canada) which is 4 year course.
Now While calculating the score using CRS score calculator,

What is your level of education ?
What option should he select ??
*Bachelors degree (which he completed outside Canada) or
*Two or more certificates , diplomas, degrees
