CRS Score < 400,
Skill Category - A,
NOC - 2173 Or 2174,

With this criteria which provinces are issuing ITA and has anybody got one?

Yeah...Sasketchewan, Ontario, BC and Alberta are also accepting in some draws but BC and Alberta requires a Job offer.

1) Eligibility criteria's for provinces keep changing or the same always?
2) For the same province, do the criteria vary for the profile picked from Express Entry pool Vs applied to particular PNP ?

Any clue on this aspect?
