Hi,
I m looking at the OINP [particularly French-speaking skilled worker]
it's mentioned CRS score range [ 312 to 487 ] what does mean ?
Does it mean anyone with CRS scoring between this two, could be drawn ?
Or it means that candidates' CRS score in this stream start from 312 to 487 !?
1---So if someone with 487 score why not be in Express Entry ?
2---Is it predictable that which NOC will be drawn for this stream ?
3---How could verify what was the minimum CSRS score for the last draw of this stream ?(I checked some places, but didn't mention )

If your NOC and CRS score matches then you will get invitation.
1. OINP has a draw range and if over the range, no invitation. Their rules.
2. Healthcare, tech, trades
3. OINP has the draw sheet on the website.
Even with CRS like 350 ?
I know that 350 is a number within the range.
Just for me it's hard to wrap my head around that while people are competing for an ITA in an Express Entry program, with this stream, candidates could achieve an ITA with significant low score.!

Because it is for French speakers and they are needed in certain jobs. Many jobs in Ontario are bilingual or in bilingual communities (Eastern Ontario).

Thank you
Can we conclude that computer engineer whose NOC almost one time per year repeated in this stream has chance for receiving an ITA [within the range] as long as one has CLB 7 in french exam ! ?
