CRS points increase before actual completion of one year work experience

Hi All
The express entry system gives points for Canadian Work Experience before one month of actually completing one year work in Canada. For example, if the work Started on June 15, 2015, the system will provide points for one year experience starting on May 1, 2016. If we get an invitation based upon such increase in points before actually completing one year experience, is it ok to apply with such an invitation?
