CRS Points for Online Canadian Education in Express Entry

On completion of my 1 year master’s program in Canada in December 2020 my CRS will be 480.

Due to COVID-19, nearly 70% of the program was shifted from face to face format to online format.

Instead of applying for PGWP I will apply for PR as soon as I graduate.

Will IRCC give me the 30 points for master’s degree (despite the fact that the course is shifted online) ?

I know they've waived the 50% in Canada requirement for a PGWP, but I don't think there's been any change yet to the requirement to study in Canada to receive points for Canadian education. It would be good to know the answer to this.
