CRS Calculations should balance between Age v/s Exp as EE stared in 2015

As the Express Entry program was started in Jan 2015. Applicants holding 6 years of valid experience in Skilled Workers program would definitely be above age 30 years hence the chances for younger applicants would be considered irrespective of their actual experience and awareness about the related field/industry. To illustrate : an individual with age 30 (as on 2015, as per EE program) holding 6 yrs of IT Exp and band score of 7.5 (each module) should be worthy as compared to an individual with 26 years of age and having 3 + year of Exp with band score 7.5. Also looking at the fact of Express Entry program initiated in Jan 2015, there should be a balancing criteria for skill worker between Individual's experience and age. Experience in the related field should be considered above age considering the fact the EE program started in 2015. There should be grouping (24-30, 31-35, 35-40,+)of the age based on the Skilled Experience and accordingly the points should be calculated.
