I created my express entry profile without job offer a while ago.
Now i have updated my profile with Job offer, still the 'CRS - Arranged Employment' points are not added and my points remain the same.
Has anyone come across this issue earlier or have a solution on this? Thanks.

First of all, you have to give the system some time to update.
Second, "arranged employment" is probably the most misunderstood part of Express Entry programs, in most cases people who do not get points added for claiming arranged employment are simply not eligible for it.

Thanks, And yes it is more than a day after me updating the profile.
I have 2 years in Canada with work permit with the same employer. Now I have the job letter , update the profile.
points are not updated.
Why not ?? You can work while on open work permit. It doesn't matter. But to claim a job offer your employer should apply and get positive LMIA from ESDC.

to simplify, you can get job offer points while holding an open work permit also (no compulsion to be in closed work permit) but the future job which you are getting has to be supported by +ve LMIA. I hope you are clear now @Karthikheyan
