Hi,
I am 35 years old and have 7 years 8 months experience in University level teaching (NOC 4011). I have done my MBA and BA English Lit at the undergraduate level. I have a CRS of 445. Please advise on my chances of immigrating to Canada.
I secured the following scores for IELTS
Reading -9
Speaking- 8
Listening - 8.5
Writing - 7
Your IELTS result is already impressive, but I still suggest getting a 7.5 for the written section, just try however hard you can. Meanwhile, consider going for a degree in Canada, say... a Master's degree. Then two years later your score will be 467 if calculated accurately.
Look at each province. Some you need a job offer (Atlantic provinces). Some you need an in-demand skill (tech). Alberta has cut immigration and added many NOCs to their ineligible list and is focused on those living and working in the province. Look at Manitoba or Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan scores are high too but if you have fam in the province, you get extra points.

Good catch I missed that.. CRS tool is your friend @Abilash George
As @Naturgrl said, each province has their own streams and rules.. they get updated very often.. Last I checked them was Dec 2019 and that too limited to my NOC.. I have outdated info.. Please check website of provinces and as @cyystef said, work on improving writing score.. I also scored 7 on my first attempt but then got 7.5 on my second attempt..
