I just got my CoPR and I am urgently in need for my documents to be signed. I booked an appointment with a local office but they say it won't be till 2-6 weeks. So I am planning to cross the border Niagara Fall to the States. However, I do not have US VISA and I'm not exempted. I am NOT interested in visiting the States either. If anyone has done this please let me know ??? Do I Need a US VISA to cross the bother ???

Will I have any troubles by doing flag polling? I read that once you flag polling, you will have to mention that you are refused to enter US if you want to apply for a US VISA in the future. I also read that you could be refused to enter both US and Canada .

Well, I was reading a lot of scary stories about flag-pooling before flag-pooling myself (I don't have US visa too), and was a bit nervous when we went to the border. But nothing "scary" happened. The officers on both sides were friendly and we did not get any unnecessary complications. We actually did flag-pooling twice the same day - the Rainbow bridge was full of waiting ppl on the Canadian side (1PM, Saturday) so the officer told as that we can either wait 3 hours until they get to our case or we can go to Lewiston–Queenston Bridge which is empty right now and to repeat the same procedure again, which we did.
Okay. I did have a US VISA but it was expired long ago. Would this be good for my situation that I got approved for visa once and nothing happens when i was in the state or would it be worse because my US VISA is expired ?
Sorry im just really scared about these kinds of stuff
