Hello All,

I'm completing my application and one of the original documents asked for on the checklist is:

'If you were a juvenile offender, a letter or document proving that the country or territory you were convicted in has special measures for juvenile offenders.'

I was hoping someone in U.K could guide me on what exact letter or document this is and where it can be obtained from.
