Criminal record

I submitted my PR application and health check record recently.

But I received a 12 months conditional discharge 'binding over' and USD 100 fine when I was 16 yrs old. I stole someone school bag.
The police charged me under minor children compliance and juvenile crime children scheme.

The offence is now spent under the rehabilitation of offender ordinance now. I have never been arrested or charged with a criminal offence before or since that time.

But I'm very worried because I don't know what kind of impact that incident will have on my application. Please share if anyone has the similar case?

I have submit a Statutory Declaration to mentioned about this in the application.
Is it good enough?

If I remember correctly, there is a question at the end which asks about "if you have been punished/committed an offence under law?" something similar to that. Hope you have answered it correctly.
