I have criminal record in US though I was not found guilty and my charges were dropped. Later on I expunged my arrest record. I have also declared my arrest question on Canadian Visitor visa application and got visa without any problem. Do you think I will have any problem filing for Canadian PR? Please help me.

No effect if you were found not guilty.

I am going through the same situation. I am going through diversion program and my charges will be withdrawn so if i will apply for work permit it will affect my application or not?
