Credit transfer from Post graduate certificate course to university degree

I have taken admission in fanshawe college in "Information security Management" Post graduate diploma certificate course for this sep-2014 Intake.
Am i eligible to have my credits transfer to University degree after completion of this course?

Like Concordia university college of Alberta is providing the same course which is of 2 year course
So after completion of 1 year from fanshawe can i have my credit transfer from fanshawe college to concordia?

possible. you need to mail concordia asking the same. Supply them with your course outline.
