The credit card should be able to be used internationally meaning its either a Visa/Mastercard affiliated credit card. The fee payment form is the one where you put your credit card details for the charging. You dont have to send the card itself. (apparently some did send the credit card to CIO Sydney NS Canada)
But they have not given column for security code in that fee form , how will they deduct amount with that account without the code. There must be some site? Kindly elaborate the procedure for outside Canada online fee payment
credit card with security code? are you sure you are not talking about a debit card? Its like paypal in the internet. search the net for the paypal process, its just putting your card info then they charge you for it.
