credit card charged

Hey friends

My credit card has been charged last week from CIC..now I want to know if my credit card would be used in any other process of Canada immigration? Since my credit card company said
they are in the process of upgrading my card and I would be getting a new credit card with a new card number.

So my question is should I provide CIC my new credit card number? And how should I do this?

congratulation ,, your application in processing now , i prefer not change credit card if you want get the new one and update CIC .

for our information when you send the application ,and how may months take ?

Thanks for the reply..actually even I don't want to change the credit card but my credit company says its compulsory. .I want to know if my card would be used some where else for CIc

Btw I sent my app on 27 may.

You can post your question in the main networking thread for FSW 2014 if you haven't already, a lot of seniors will be happy to answer you. the credit card details you have submitted to CIC has done its job, it will not be used by CIC for any further processing. the upcoming payment you will make to VO is the payment for PR. This is done online by you and can be done by any credit card (not necessarily the one you submitted with your application)
