I have done 2 years distance education (correspondence) MA EDUCATION from Kurukshetra University,
Being a distance education, will it be considered by WES as Masters degree.
Which is the best credential assessment agency for Canada.

That can be answered by those Organization , most probably after you pay fee ( unfortunately)

WES is fast , but people have seen sometime not recognized university particularly some distance learning like Symbiosis Pune ( by WES)

IQAS : Accepts (some) distance learning such as SCDL- Symbiosis ( That may mean that IQAS has broader mind to accept ) -- I will get ECA --waiting for my transcripts-- done through IQAS ( I have Symbiosis PGDIT Also apart from my Regular Btech) -- IQAS take about 3 ( or upto 4) months at times --- But in my opinion IQAS is the best bet

ICAS -- I never gave much thoughts ( I am Inclined towards IQAS) -- others can help in this

In my opinion : if you have time ~3 months to file EE ( that means you have Ielts etc to be taken , retaken etc.) - Go for IQAS
