Hi ,
I finished my maternity on nov 23 2019 and started job again and got laid off on Dec 4 2019. Applied for EI and EI finished on Feb14 2020 due to less hours. Still searching for job. Am I eligible to apply for creb benefits ? Please suggest

Of course not, you were not working when the pandemic kicked in. You did not stop working due to it, you stopped working long before.

Also, it is CERB, not CREB

Yes,you qualify. The eligibilty was expanded last week to include those who ran out of EI since Dec 29,2019.You still have to meet the $5000 income though-so if you do,then go for it.

Don’t think this person qualifies for the expanded access. They got off EI in February after going off mat leave and returning to work briefly.
