Is it possible to create an express entry profile without wes.
I did my Bachelors back home in India, but my WES is not coming because of some issues with my DOB.
But I will be getting the Ontario PNP and have enough points to get ITA without the points of WES.
So is it Okay to create a profile without submitting the WES documents?
