Creation of Express entry profile with less scores

Hi All,
I hope you are doing great!!! I need your inputs for Creation of profile in Express entry.

I am having 1+ year experience in Canada and in total having 8 years experience in Software Development. Also, my company filed for the visa extension and I am hoping it will get approved by Dec 2019 or Jan 2020.
However, with my English exam scored less marks and my CRS score is coming as 365.

I am preparing for my exam to appear again to improve my scores.

Is it good to create profile now and later by updating the scores or should I need to wait for my second attempt to write the exam for the better scores..?

Of course you can, you never know if you get a provincial nomination.
