Creating New profile (Doubts)

Hi I entered some wrong info on my old EE profile hence deleted it.

Now making a new one I am using a new email address with a new GCKey. There are few questions I would appreciate if experts could answer.

1.How do I delete job bank profile or the only thing I can do is deactivate it.

2.What to reply on the Question, if I have ever applied to CIC immigration.I have never got ITA.

3.I have my sibling in Canada as a citizen however due to certain family reasons i don't want to claim his points for FSW,Can I say No for the family question in profile,I hope its not misrepresentation of any form.

4.How do I create a New job bank profile?

You cannot delete it.

Answer Yes only if you have a UCI, else answer No.
