Hi can I create my profile in the CIC website for the express entry proccess without my result of the Celpip yet??? but knowing about my skills? for example my level of english is close to 9, can I fill the profile saying my level is 7 and then update my profile with the score that I would get? and then if I be drawn, could send my official results, whose scores are likely to be higher?I Could have a problem? some of you have done that? thanks

No you can't. You will need to provide the dates the test was taken and the results were issued. Also, you can change the profile only BEFORE you get an invitation. If you put the fake dates and scores and you get an invitation before you get the updates, your PR application won't match with your express entry profile, which will be a problem.
I have just completed my EE profile and I received email/message on MyCIC account to register with Job Bank. When I follow/open the link provided in PDF document, I get page not found error. How I will be able to register with Job Bank with my EE Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation code? Any thoughts?
