I do have a question regarding 52 weeks or 1 year time interval . I started working in a Noc B job on November 28, 2017.
Do you advise I create a EE profile now for the coming draw or just wait till December draw to complete a whole 1 year .
From my calculation my 1 year will be November 28 ,so can I create EE profile and accept ITA for Monday(Nov 26 draw) or Wednesday (Nov 28 draw ) ? Or just wait till December draw to complete a whole 1 year .

I think u can create the profile before completing 1 year but you wont be able to claim any points for the Canadian experience before completing 1 year. So if u get the ita before completing 1 year based upon the points tht u claim for canadian experience, i think it wont be correct. My personal opinion is not to take this undue risks.
Seniors can advise you better.
I was in a similar situation and i created the profile on the very same day i completed 1 year and i also made sure that i complete 52 weeks as well.

You must meet the one year minimum requirement at the time of the ITA. So it really is not helpful to submit a profile before you are eligible, but you could do it on the 28th.
