CPR with Medical surveillance undertaking.

I got my CPR today but with medical surveillance unertaking.
I know I had TB 17years ago.
Also I had completed any medical exam for TB in Canada couple years ago. and I am in Canada for couple years already.

So it is not a big deal.

And I m planing to go to a port of entry next Monday. I was wondering if I go to POE to land with this CPR and MSU(medical surveillance unertaking),
Do I need to go the Public Heath department first before landing? or it doesn't matter going to the Public Heath department before landing after landing?

Have any idea for this?? a

I contacted the Public Heath department today, but the appointment will be on next month, so.

did you got your pr before the surveillance and i am also in same situation already done with this 3 years ago and got an email for surveillance now i am in process of applying pr do i need to do this again please answer
