CPC-Ottawa as Secondary Office - Processing time??

Hello. Does anybody know the processing time for CPC-Ottawa??I am Philippine resident but as I read my notes, my secondary office is in Ottawa..Kindly advise for all the well-experienced here.Thank you!

Only your primary office is relevant, and they change depending on which phase your application is in.
