Medical: In Progress (weird that my Medical isn't passed yet since my Eligibility was already tagged as Passed. I've seen SVO Ottawa on November ITAs as well that have movements on their applications that are almost identical to mine.
I received an RPRF request last January 26 and paid on the same day as well. After a day, I called IRCC and had my Eligibility tagged as Passed based on the information they provided.
