We got ours in 13 but it really depends and they've become very backlogged

they said when u receive file no its means they start working on ur file . it means they didnt start our file . but u think should we call them or wait ?

Once you get AOR, the first correspondence, it means they've taken a look to make sure everything they need is there and nothing is missing.
It's taking them quite a while to get through May right now, so it won't hurt to wait another week or two.
