I have submitted all the application document except the FBI record from US.
I received a email from CPC this morning asking for my FBI record. It says "The above information/documents [FBI police certificate] must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this letter. "
It is not up to me when I am able to submit the record. I sent my fingerprint to FBI back in September, and still haven't heard anything from FBI yet.
In the worst case, if I don't receive my record in the next 60 days, what might happen? Will they reject my case?

I am not very sure on what exactly can happen in case you do not receive FBI clearance in 60 days. If you don't get it in 60 days and the normal processing times are above 60 days then majority of applicants who has to submit FBI clearance will have the same problem as you. So my best guess would be it wont be rejected.
May be you can send an email to CIC about your situation and see what they say. I hope you will not have any problem.
Thank you for your help! I will send them an email to explain this.
I just checked my schedule, I sent my application on Sep 15, so it's been 13 weeks. If there are no surprises, I should be able to get my record with in 1 month.

"On September 7, 2014, CJIS installed a new IT system. As a result of this installation, we are experiencing delays in processing. Please be assured that each issue is being identified and resolved as quickly as possible, but at this time anticipated processing time for an Identity History Summary is approximately 14-16 weeks. Allow additional time for mail delivery. "
