I’ll be travelling to Toronto using Qatar airways. They have PCR test requirement to board the plane; would the same test from labs (identified by Airline) be sufficient.
I couldn’t find on official site any instructions on which labs are accredited, only mention is of 72 hours, & PCR test.

They seem to by updating lab data but labs accepted by Qatar airlines are likely to be accepted by the Canadian government. It should be large well known lab in Pakistan and you should be fine.
