Covid 19 "At home test kit"

Guys, when should this swab test be completed? There is no information on the box. The officials at the border told me it should be on the 10th day of my quarantine, however, I asked friend who'd come earlier, they had other types of tests after the quarantine. Want to make sure how it is with others who've just arrived. you could see an image of the test box here
