Sub: Request for Visitor Visa for family visit
Dear Sir/Madam,
I, XXXXXX and XXXXX, would like to request you to please grant me temporary resident Visa to visit Canada for a family visit. We planned to travel on 25th April, 2015 and stay until 25th August, 2015. We have attached a high level itinerary which will have some amount of sightseeing, spending time with family with expense estimated in CAD. We have attached our bank statement as evidence that we have the finances for this.
We have also bought Overseas Travel Medical Insurance from Tata AIG for the duration our stay and have valid/confirmed return air ticket.
Please note that we don’t have any intention to settle in Canada and will definitely come back with in the allowed timeframe.

6. Letter of Invitation and supporting documents from my son In-Law.
6.1 Notice of Assessment for 2012 &2013.
6.2 T4 for year 2012 & 2013.
6.3 Paystubs for last 2 months.
6.4 Employment letter from Scotiabank
6.5 6 months bank statement.
7. Copy of medical insurance for a period of my duration (25th April - 25 Aug 2015)
8. A valid/confirm return air ticket.
9. Bank statements for the last 6 months for account numbering XXXXXXX
10. Public Provident Fund (PPF) Passbook copy and notarized.
11. Property Papers translated in English and notarized (A copy of original also attached). A copy of original is also attached.
12. Statement of accounts from LIC India and Tax deduction at source Certificate.
13. Income Tax Return for last three years (2011, 2012, 2013)
14. Investment Proof: Dividend warrants payable on our name.
15. Memberhip certificate of Magadh Stock Exchange.
