Cover letter for reapplying

Hi,

Do i need to start my cover letter directly addressing visa officer that your refused my visa last time because of the following reasons and proves are as below. Or i simple re write my cover letter and on 3rd 4th point after introducing my self and my intro i address him regarding my refusal ?

Sir don;t be in rush i told you earlier apply for GCMS notes either they will not hesitate you to send you another refusal without having a issue ..Invitation doesn't mean a visa my sister who got married in CA due to rush it took 6 years to her to reach there so please be patient and do things step by step either refusals can cause you on other countries visas as well. what do you say @Omairi7

It will be ideal if you start the letter with your details and then provide your refusal reference. Answer all the questions raised by VO point by point.

I wrote 4th point in my letter

4. Respected Visa Officer had observation on my ties and purpose of visit in my last application. I attached more proof of my ties here in Pakistan as my Job Letter, property papers and Parents Dependency.


5. I have strong ties in my country of residence Pakistan, My father is 69 Years Old and mother is 57 years Old, identity cards of both are attached, my father retired from Bank from 2009, documents are attached and he gift his house to me in February 2017, Power of Attoryney document is attached they are totally depending on me. I take my father to hospital from 11th to 13th of every month for psychotherapy and I have to bring him till March 2018. Letter from hospital is attached.

Dear Omairi, My house documents are in urdu that showing that house belongs to my dad and he gifted me that house, Do i need to upload urdu document as well with translated documents or only translated documents ?

You need translate those documents in English for the better understanding of Embassy.

To whom i need to attest my property valuation papers ? its just on simple paper, is it alright if they attested by councilor ?
