I'm currently enrolled in a one-year postgraduate Human Resources Management program at Niagara College, which is my first program in Canada. I'm from Nepal and applied for a spousal visa for my husband, but it hasn't been approved yet. My current program finishes in August, and I'm concerned his visa application might be cancelled. As a backup plan, I'm considering pursuing a Personal Support Worker (PSW) Program after this. Would I be eligible to bring my spouse to Canada while studying in a PSW program?
