Hello Everyone,
I have completed my MBA during 2018 with 3+ years of work experience in Sales and operations.

I have applied for a 2 years Ontario Graduate Certificate program in Supply chain management at Northern College Pures Campus. So, will there be any refusal, as I have already did my MBA or doing graduate certificate program is fine??

Yes, high chance of refusal. An Ontario graduate certificate is a much lower level of study than a Master's.

You should be going for either a post graduate diploma in Canada or another Master's.

You can, but there's a high chance your study permit will be refused. The Ontario Graduate certificate is a lower level of study than a Bachelor degree. You should be going for a program at the post graduate level (e.g. post graduate diploma) or a Master's.
