Course mismatch?

Hi there, I've completed my bachelors in computer science from Mumbai, India, 2007. Then I went on to do a diploma in event management (UG) from Melbourne, Australia, 2010.

Ive got admission for my PGdiploma in Events in Canada. Would this be considered a course mismatch? Ive read about a lot of visa rejection reasons and many of them have the same reason - course mismatch.

Anyone facing the same problem? If a person wants to change their stream of study, how does one go about doing it?

Yes your case is a clear sign of course mismatch.

If you want to change your field, you will need to earn experience in the field to which you want to move to or if you can get a reference which seeks that you need to change your field of study.

Will I be able to get a visa if I apply for another bachelors course. The one i already have is in computer science. But i want to change my field.

Has anyone ever gone for a second bachelors degree, after already having completed one in their home country?
