Course change from diploma to pgdm

Hello,

I have done a 3 year diploma course after my 12th grade, and was thinking to apply for a PGDM in Canada.
I got an admission for the Diploma rather than PGDM.
Consultants are saying that my qualification is only eligible of getting an admission for Diploma.

So the question is, after I arrive in Canada with this diploma admission, will I be able to withdraw the admission in that college and join in a PGDM course offered by any other college( If I fortunately get an admission in PGDM)?

Will there be any rules like, I would have an option to change the college and course within the same degree level( diploma to diploma) but not from Diploma to PGDM?

You need to check your Field of study in the study permit. If it's not restricted then you are free to change. There's a process to follow for that.
