I'm trying to apply for skilled worker program and I'm gathering documents and filling up forms for the CSQ. But I've encountered a few difficulties and confusions which I could use some help with.
1) I have an undergrad degree for mechanical engineering from Iran, and I'm about a month away from getting my masters degree from Concordia university in Montreal, also in mechanical engineering. Now in section 9 of the main form, I'd like to know if I have to check the box for the 12-16 points or the 6 points? The main confusion lies in the fact that I don't know the difference between "foreign diploma" and "Quebec diploma (or equivalent)". I did a search but I couldn't find anything clear, so I'm asking this myself.
2) Do I need to submit a diploma for my high school studies as well as my university undergraduate and graduate ones?
I'd appreciate ANY feedback on this, regardless if it's relevant or not or if you know only one of the answers.
