Couple looking for a couple to rent a house/apt in Toronto

Just like the title says, we're a couple looking for another couple (or 2 girls) who's interested in renting a 2 bedroom (with 2/3 washrooms) apartment/house in Toronto.

Having looked at the real estate in Toronto, we find it best to share with another couple a house/apartment which will cut the costs for all and allow to have a spacious and luxurious place (to a certain extent) in downtown Toronto.

You must be a non-smoking couple (of course you can smoke outside), clean and the non-partying type.

Looking to rent in early March/April.
