Country where applying

Hi,
I am from Saudi Arabia and I want to extend my study permit. Now I am in vacation in Saudi Arabia.

-In the application section number 9 "Country where applying" in the "To" date should I put the date that I will be leaving from home to Canada?

-section number 7 "country of residence" should I put my address in Canada or my address in Saudi?

Why don't you extend it in Canada ?
I probably think it is easy . Not sure though .

Because my study permit will expire at the end of September and iam going back at the end of August .

Alright , now that you are in KSA , I think you need to put the address as KSA .
